Very nice location, directly on the beach and just near the local village fish market. Kasia, who manages the hotel, is extremely helpful and caring! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and wonderful stay!

Ideal location for us. Quiet and unspoiled. The sea view is just unforgettable. The owner is very helpful and does her best to assist.

The electricity supply is on and off. But it is out of the host's hand.

1-There is a soft sandy beach at the door of the hotel 2-There are many fishing boats in front of the hotel, and you can go out to sea at any time. The sea water is sky blue and clear. 3-An island where you can see Bill Gates 4-

We had an amazing honeymoon at Mambo Paradise in Zanzibar. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The peaceful environment was perfect for relaxing, and they organized day trips and taxi pickups effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay!

We had a fantastic Christmas stay at Mambo Paradise. The location is superb - right on the beach - and the hotel is perfect: very helpful staff, all the facilities we'd want (including pool, bar and restaurant), and small enough to have a great relaxed vibe and a personal touch. Kasia and the team couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful, arranging airport transfers, snorkelling, swimming with dolphins and turtles, and tours to Nungwi, Stone Town and the Spice Farm. This is a special place and I can't recommend it highly enough - we had a great time there. If you're looking for a blissful, authentic chilled beach holiday in Zanzibar, off the beaten track and away from the crowds, this is a great place to be.

The location is great for those who wanted calm and quite vacation. The beach is gorgeous, clean, with a nice white sand. I lived the place designs and the nice terrasse. The staff was amazing!

I had différent experience with the couple who owned the place. The lady was so nice and friendly as well as all the staff. But her husband wasn’t. I saw him treat very well all the « non-african » clients (discussing, smiling, serving foods), but ignored me. There was not many clients as the hotel is not big, I saw him walking in each table at the restaurant greeting clients, smiling and even serving foods, but not me. And when I tried to be nice to initiate a discussion, once to ask if there was any plan for the new year celebration (as it looks like I was the only one who was not informed about the campfire planed that night) and second to ask a banana dessert ingredients he was serving to another client as I wanted to order the same, his answers were brief and full of contempt. He said to me « nobody knows » about the dessert question. Finally I asked to another staff to get the answer. Equal treatment is key and a core value for me. So hopefully he will learn from this situation and adjust himself for futur « African » clients.

Small hotel in very quiet place, just on the beach with ocean view from large terrace. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.I do recommend this place and definitely would like to come back there. Food good.

My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon trip across Zanzibar and we loved staying in Mambo Paradise. The hotel is located in a small fishing village and you can watch the fisherman bring their catches to the shore and experience the everyday life of the locals. The hotel sourced seafood from the nearby local fish market, which meant delicious meals every day! The staff were extremely lovely and helpful, we even got fresh coconuts from the tree gathered just for us :) If you're looking to visit Mnemba for snorkeling, speak to the staff and they will arrange a group or a private tour for you, we loved it. The owners were welcoming and offered advice on other activities.

Mambo Paradise was the jewel in the crown for our very brief stay in Zanzibar. It is a small, family run hotel located on the beach in front of a tradition fishing village. Highlights: food so fresh and cooked to order, staff are exceptionally helpful and pleasant, endless opportunities to savour lical life such as men bringing in their catch to adjacent fish market, kids swimming and playing soccer, walking the beach on soft powdery white sand. To sum up a very relaxed easy going environment. Pandu who works at mambo paradise runs an excellence early morning boat trip, swim with dolphins, in torquoise waters and super snorkeling (very fair rate). Pavel and Kasha run a super hotel - thank you.
