How room looked was fine

Its a heat wave & the hotel has no Air Con which should not be the case

The rooms , garden so fresh and the spa is awesome 👌

The staff in general were very helpful and pleasant (especially the evening barman and the morning restaurant ladies). I ordered dine in food and it arrived within 20 minutes which was perfect. The food was a good standard. The room was clean and functional with an added bonus of a fan for the hot weather!

the evening male receptionist was not welcoming or particularly helpful. No effort was made to ask if I was familiar with the hotel (ie did I know where my room/restaurant etc was located), no information on mealtimes and just generally felt like the questions were an inconvenience to him.

Just a location

Staff is not co operative and there’s not air condition in the room. My kids got annoy from the heat even their body has erupted with bile or acne.. it’s very disappointed

Very close to the wedding venue that we were attending and the spa facilities were good.

The rooms had no air conditioning and the windows didn’t open very far. The team did supply us with fans but in modern day hotels, air conditioning should be standard. Our netting on the window had a gash in it which made the room look rundown. The TV didn’t work and overall the hotel needs a bit of a refurb. You pay for what you get and in comparison it was cheaper than the local premier inn. Reception staff were not very welcoming and didn’t give us no details on checkout times, breakfast times or leisure facility times. The spa was super clean and the gym facilities were really good. Breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall nice stay but fairly basic

bad bed actually, the singles
