Palace Hotel

Like the property, located at a secured place, easy access to the city centre. Staff was really nice and helpful. They have a nice garden to spend your lazy day. The double bed room was big and spacious, with strong WiFi.

The mattress were not confortable and neither the blanket, the shower pressure was very low. There is no air conditioner, as it is mentioned d in the website, they do provide with you a table fan, which works well.

Palace Hotel is the place to stay in Mbarara. Quiet, with a nice view, but in walking distance to the centre of Mbarara. Friendly staff and manager, amazing food. I will always come back.

The customer service was great. I felt heard and valued. The room in the main house was really cozy and so comfortable.

No Air conditioning in the rooms yet it was listed as one of the facilities available. Daily breakfast is basically katogo, bread 🍞, boiled eggs🥚, fruits🍍🍉🍌 and ☕🥛🍵 (at least for the 3 days I was there)
