Big garden to sit outside, friendly staff, easy check in,

Rooms were not ready when we arrived around 4pm.

shower didn't have much pressure but water was hot

My highlight at Palace Hotel was the staff. They have a wonderful team running the place. The facilities however weren't what I was looking forward to, my bed was really clean very uncomfortable and I was given a very small room far different from what I booked for and was promised. My worst experience there was the dinner we order when got to the hotel, I must say that sweet and sour was a total waste of money, it was not it and not good, and very highly priced considering the quality of it and where we were. All my colleagues had issues with their dinner except for just one who had a greek salad! Well needless to say - we had to get dinner elsewhere the following day. A whole lot of effort is needed there. That being said though, the breakfast was really good, so that picked us up abit. Kudos on the breakfast 👏🏾. The stuff is excellent, the place is nicely clean! They just need to pay attention to deal abit more!

First i got disappointed with the person handling the online booking, i did my reservation online 4months back so when i flew in n went to the hotel, the room i had booked n what i was given it was totally different, so please the management should look into it n get it solved
