Lovely staff, room was great, two pools were lovely, breakfast was great, had a wonderful time!

The room was bright and had a small room with a sofa next to the bedroom. Handy for sitting inside when the weather was a little cool. The room was very clean and the sheets were excellent. The staff were pleasant. Liked the modern dining room for breakfast. Lovely gardens and flowers.

We stayed in room 21 and the shower was over the bath. Didn’t like this at all. The water pressure wasn’t great either. All in all the bathroom needs refitting and modernising. The balcony was large but not the greatest of views.

The location was perfect, the facilities were great.

Parking is a massive issue. Such a small, cramped space without any logical layout, lots of pillars which makes it really tricky to manoeuvre. We scratcher the side of a car twice, trying to get out. The other thing was a lack of toiletries after 3rd day. We used 2 shower gels provided at the arrival, but they have not been refilled after. We asked at the reception, they couldn't find it but said they would tell the room service to do it for us. Unfortunately, we didn't get any. The breakfast was also a letdown a little bit. Not much variety as you would expect. Also, there was something odd with the electric sockets in our room. Some of them were not working at all, so we couldn't charge phones or put lights on.

Everything was fine. The cosy and green territory of the hotel.

The WiFi connection in the room was poor.

The indoor pool & Jacuzzi 🥰 even if we have used them once since we was busy every day, the amount of tropical plants in this villa make it a beautiful place to stay at & the balcony facing the garden was good too.

The furniture in the room needs a renovation as you can tell they have been used for years, there where no efficient plugs to charge our phones etc, the plugs were behind the bed or there was one under the cabinet of the tv, lights were also not so bright. Breakfast was very basic with minimal variation to choose from.
