Good hotel with ski-in ski-out access, the room was great, friendly staff

- The ski access to the slopes can be quite difficult for complete beginners - Quite far from all the restaurants, though taxis are available - The road leading to the hotel is not always cleared, so you may have to walk the last part to reach the hotel - Slow service at the restaurant - Breakfast was sometimes a bit disappointing

"Amazing Experience !!!"

The room was perfect even for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids). Nice view from the room and from the open terrace, specially at night, you can see the stars very clearly. As requested, extra bed was ready for us when we checked-in to the room. Amazing breakfast prepared exclusively for us. My kids enjoyed the sports room (free access). I would love to stay again here.

Nothing to complain.

Location

Выход на склон очень неудобный, особенно для новичков, да и для тех кто умеет. Мы сразу попросили отменить нашу бронь, но в возврате средств нам было отказано. В любом случае мы сменили отель, нам важно было чтобы выход на склон был комфортным для новичка. Да и комнаты маленькие оказались, номер на двоих, вторая кровать даже не была подготовлена к заезду.

Staff molto cordiale. Parcheggio ampio. Ski-lift disponibile accanto all'hotel ma bisogna saper sciare per usarlo, in quanto si collega alle piste da sci solo sciando lungo un piccolo sentiero. Bar e sala giochi carini.

Camera piccola, servizio in camera nella media.

The service was impeccable. Our waiter Danny, was on point with everything and super helpful. We would give him a 11 out of 10 if we could

The food options aren’t great especially when you don’t have much choices to pick from when it comes to restaurants. A wider variety would be so much better
