Было чисто. Канатка была в 10м от отеля. Отдельная комната для лыж и снаряжения.

Не было шкафчиков чтобы сложить вещи, Дали только три вешалок для двоих. Завтрак 6/10.

The view from rooms and food at the restaurant were the only good thing about this property

Small and uncomfortable beds. Poor housekeeping, access to the main town area. The facilities mentioned were overhyped

View was great. Food was good. Facilities were good.

Location is a car drive away from the hub of activity. Staff are poorly trained. I went to reception to ask a question. Receptionist was on a call and just ignored me after waiting 10 minutes I left without being helped. Wait staff didnt know if they had orange juice or not. On check in our room was not ready but we were given the key and were surprised when we opened the door and the room was not ready. The second room was set up as twin and we requested double. We gad to wait over an hour to get into the room. At dinner we ordered 4 items from the menu. They did not have 3 of the things we wanted and had to settle for something different. The wine we wanted was also not available and had to settle for something different. My daughter asked for mayonnaise, it arrived after we finished eating and they still added the cost to the bill. We asked for slices of lemon for our water but it never arrived after asking three times.

Завтрак хороший. Отличное расположение. Хорошее Interteiment zone. Отличное расположение лыжехранилища. Отличный персонал на ресепшен.

Лыжехранилища холодное. Отсутствует помещение для сушки спортивного инвентаря и одежды. Хотелось бы небольшой фитнеса зал и сауну. Меню в ресторане могло бы быть более разнообразное, с национальным уклоном.
