Alpina Hotel Gudauri

The hotel did not honor a confirmed reservation. Despite prior communication about delayed arrival due to road closures, we were refused accommodation on arrival, offered no alternatives or assistance, and had to leave the resort...

Calm and relaxing! The staff was great, they manage to book us a taxi everyday for new gudauri. If you’re good on the snow, you can go to the slopes straight from the hotel. Warm, safe and beautiful!

The breakfast could be a bit better. More variety on the bread and cheese. The restaurant for dinner has really good food, but sometimes a bit slow with the staff…

excellent for ski vacation, you can ski in and ski out from the hotel, I defenetly come back if I have the chance

Staff is helpful and kind. There’s a place to store your ski gears. It’s a ski in ski out hotel.

The location is quite bad. Although they have a quite huge open parking, the road going to the hotel is narrow and uphill and full of snow on the sides. The room is extremely small. Wont work for 2 people staying in the 15sqm ones. Get the bigger room if more than 1 person. The breakfast buffet can be improved because it has very few selections. Wifi becomes slow at night. Cant even load a short video properly. We left the “please clean the room sign” and it wasn’t cleaned at all.

Great hotel with amazing view from a window. The employees are very helpful (f.e. ordered me a marşhrutka to Tbilisi) and friendly. The room was big, clean and very cozy. I can just strongly recommend it.

The hotel was located 30 min by walking from New Gudauri centrum (where cable car to Kobi is located).
