Great staff. Great location. Would definitely come again.

My room smelt of cigarettes the whole stay, but that was because the previous occupant seemed to be have chain-smoked like their life depended on it.

The only positive thing was the restaurant staff, who were very kind and friendly.

Unfortunately, our stay at Alpina Hotel in Gudauri was very disappointing. The rooms are extremely small, and the twin beds are very small and uncomfortable. There is no proper wardrobe or bedside table, only a few small drawers and shelves for storage. Cleanliness was poor — the hotel is not clean, the shower was leaking, and there was no trash bin in the room. Even after requesting one, we were told they don’t have any. Basic amenities were missing. Toothbrushes were only available for an extra charge, and the towels we received were dirty, which is unacceptable. In addition, the hotel is far from the ski area and there is no shuttle service. We had to take a taxi every time, which was expensive.

Location was good. Bar area comfortable .

Booking.com charged me extra for parking and Internet these are free of charge. Still waiting for a refund.
