Location is amazing

Dirty sheets, took 45 minutes to check in as none was on reception No hot water and no assistance and refused a refund and they refused to deal with booking.com

The hotel was great, big had lots for food and drink options and in a perfect location.

Unfortunately Avimore was experiencing unusual hot temperatures and there is no air con options. I'm for Scotland and I understand most rural hotels don't. But it was uncomfortable at night.
