We weren’t here long enough. Property is great.

The place is really on the water and the villas are very big. The place is kept very nice and clean. The stuff was very friendly and kind. We even got a later check out without any issues. I read previews reviews but I fully disagree,these people were very nice.

This place is quite and remote and you need a scooter to move around. The breakfast was not fancy but it was good enough for us. Make the villas more private with some trees.

My experience at Absolute Beach Villas was disappointing. The staff spoke in a rude and disrespectful tone, which made the stay uncomfortable. I also overheard them speaking to other guests in the same unpleasant way. We were charged an extra 500 baht for a towel that was only used indoors and wasn’t heavily dirty. I even offered to wash it myself or take it to a laundry service, but they refused. Breakfast was nothing special. For such a nice place, the service should be much more friendly and professional.

The place itself is beautiful and has great potential, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing mainly because of the staff. The behavior and attitude of the staff and management were unprofessional and unpleasant, and did not match the level of the property. In addition, basic standards such as timely room cleaning were not met — rooms were cleaned very late in the day instead of being ready earlier, which is not acceptable. It is also important to mention that similar complaints have been reported by other guests, which clearly shows this is not a one-time issue. I am not looking for any compensation. My goal is simply that the management will improve the service, staff attitude, and overall standards so future guests will not have the same experience. Because of this, I would not return and would not recommend this place.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral, aber trotzdem nicht laut am Meer bei den Villas, Anlage wird in der Nacht abgesperrt Außenbereich schön angelegt, sehr grün und wird immer morgen gereinigt, Pool mit Liegen zur Verfügung, auch auf der Terrasse bei den Villen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten, Familienvilla direkt am Strand, Pool in Blickweite

Der schlimmste Punkt an diesem Quartier war leider das Personal, wobei auch hier festgehalten werden muss, dass eigentlich nur eine Person sich furchtbar verhalten hat, es gibt ein paar Personen in der Familie, die mehr arbeiten müssen (die Reinigungsmädchen und Pool/Handwerks/Außenbereich Jungs), ein Teil sitzt den ganzen Tag im Restaurant und schaut in digitale Endgeräte. Es kam zu Beginn unserer Zeit zu einem für uns sehr unschönen Vorfall, der den Aufenthalt getrübt hat. Ich habe seit zwanzig Jahren gefärbte Haare (ein Rotton). Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin im Restaurant gerufen. Sie hat mich vor dem gesamten Lokal angeschrien und gemeint, ich müsste für ein Handtuch und zwei Kopfkissenbezüge bezahlen, da Farbreste darauf waren. Dies ergibt sich daraus, dass mit leicht feuchten Haaren geschlafen wurde. Sie meinte, man könne das nicht reinigen, ich hätte ihre Sachen schmutzig gemacht und müsse dafür 1500 THB zahlen (die Hälfte der Kaution von 3000 THB). Es gab einen Wortwechsel der von Seiten der Mitarbeitenden immer lauter wurde, sämtliche Gäste haben das beobachtet. Wir haben dann gesagt, dass wir die Sachen selbst waschen, da dies kein Problem ist und die Flecken immer leicht rausgehen. Die Mitarbeitende knallte mir die Wäschestücke hin, schimpfte weiter lautstark und äffte mich nach. Ich habe mich noch nie so schlecht behandelt gefühlt und empfand dies als absolute Respektlosigkeit gegenüber zahlenden Kund:innen. Wir haben dann also die drei Wäschestücke mit Waschmittel und der Waschmaschine in unserer Unterkunft gewaschen und es war natürlich kein Problem. Ich habe den Vorfall dann auch gegenüber einem anderen Mitarbeitenden noch einmal angesprochen, der auch dabei war. Er hat sich mehrmals bei mir für ihr Verhalten entschuldigt, wobei ich ihm auch gesagt habe, dass das nicht notwendig ist, da er ja nichts falsch gemacht hat.

We loved our beachfront villa. Good size, clean, comfy. Had a microwave and coffee making facilities. The views from our room was stunning. Bed comfy.

We arrived at bit early for check in, we knew that but wanted to leave our luggage. The bar/restaurant/reception ladies were all sitting at a table in the restaurant eating lunch. Noone got up to greet us. One lady continued to sit and said too early for check in. I asked if we could leave our suit cases and we would come back, which she allowed. We came back to resort and same thing, they were sitting, seen us but continued to sit. Finally got up to check us in. Every time we went to the bar/restaurant it was an effort for them to serve us, they never looked impressed to have to get up. We stopped going there as we just didn't feel welcome.

На 5 звёзд - не тянет! 3+. Завтрак - два кусочка белого хлеба, два яйца, или омлет или скрамбл из двух яиц, два кусочка колбаски(беконом назвали) или две маленькие сосиски, или мюсли, сок, вода. В конце у нас спрашивали точно ли нам нужно два кусочка хлеба а не один. Многие на завтрак приносили дополнительно купленный салат и фрукты. Кофе приносят так: горячую воду и пакетик с кофе, вода чуть остыла и кофе уже не растворяется. Либо покупай у них же с аппарата за 75 бат. На вилле посуды не хватает. Друзья, пара с ребёнком - вилки две, чашки две, стакана два. Кофе-аппарата нет, Ни каких специй, масла, соуса, чая и т.д. и в помине не найдёте на кухне в доме. Видать забирают себе после гостей. Про персонал не могу сказать что улыбчивый. Самый главный всегда какой то угрюмый. Вход в одну из вил был по песку, и чтоб песок не нести в дом положили полотенце, и конечно испачкали. Перед отъездом, не хотели отдавать залог 100EUR за одну из вилл так как мы испачкали полотенце. Со скандалом, взяли 500бат штрафа за это полотенце (полотенце оставили они себе). Но они когда делали в первый раз уборку (предварительно нужно заказывать уборку) ничего не сказали про полотенце и не предложили альтернативу. Цены в их же ресторане выше среднего.
