Terrible service. I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and unfriendly — we had to argue with them multiple times because they gave us the wrong room, and then charged us 1000 baht upon checkout just because we dirtied three small towels. The room was not only different from the one we had booked through Booking, but it was also dirty and full of ants. The hotel doesn’t feel like a 5-star at all — 3 stars would already be generous. The price is ridiculously high for what it offers. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!

Location is good

Staff! Utterly rude and totally unprofessional behaviour whatsoever. Staff sit in cafeteria with their friends while customers enjoy their food and drinks there. Seriously, weird.
