The Villa was beautiful I could see the see from my room

Horrible 3rd class rude will mannered staff. At the front desk a woman named KED was the worst staff I’ve ever come across. Most manner less and rude. She was so bad that we ought to receive a refund for the money we paid

We loved the villa, the view and the great pool. The staff was very friendly.

This accommodation is advertised as a 5 star resort. However, it does definitely not deserve this rating. The facilities and services do not meet the 5 star expectation. Especially the breakfast is not good. Just think of it like a great Airbnb, not a hotel/resort.

The villas are big and nice enough. They don't have a TV for some reason, and the water in the bathroom doesn't drain very well. However, nice new kitchen appliances, big bathroom, comfy bed.

Where to start. This is not a hotel, it's just the villas, combined with the no-frills restaurant and tiny pool of a 2-star resort with wooden huts. It is definitely not 5-star. There is no lobby, only most basic service, we didn't get any cleaning over 5 days. They are building more villas in the back so there is a construction site with no fence. There are construction materials, thrash and cigarette butts all over the place. There is no beach to speak of, only a tiny strip in front of the pool, closed off from both sides. The villas are nice, but don't expect anything else.

Breakfast

We loved our stay. We had a big beach villa, and it was very nice and new. Staff was always friendly, and it was a nice and cheap restaurant in The middle.

Nothing

- The hotel boasts a prime location right in front of the sea, creating a great vibe and providing an ideal setting for relaxation. - The pricing is relatively reasonable. (around 300€ for 2 nights for a 2 BR "villa" during fullmoon)

- The hotel falls far short of its claimed 5-star status. It's a mystery how they achieved such a rating, as the quality of the rooms and service is more in line with a 3-star or 3.5-star establishment. In essence, the hotel isn't bad if it were accurately categorized. -The staff, unfortunately, leave much to be desired in terms of friendliness. Even a simple greeting appears to be an extraordinary effort for them. - The breakfast experience is in dire need of improvement and doesn't meet the standard one would expect from a hotel. I would rate it 1 out of 5 for breakfast quality.Two slices of processed bread, convenience store sausages, eggs and a cup of hot water with instant coffee to mix are far from what one would expect from a breakfast that can be enjoyed. - The two-bedroom bungalow is more like a single bedroom with an added sofa bed, designed as a second bedroom. This falls short of the expectation of two separate, fully private bedrooms, as the walls between the two rooms don't reach the ceiling.

Beach was so so. Villa was clean when we came, but what surprised us, that stuff is cleaning only every 3 days, they didn’t want to give us any towels for beach, there was no robes, no slippers. Seams that all stuff contained only 4 people, and only one guy out of 4 was friendly, but he was super friendly so it covered fully

What can I say! The 100 square meter apartment is great. Super equipped, super comfortable, huge room with ocean view. Impressive! A great stay. The staff was fantastic. Restaurant with a great variety of typical dishes.
