Absolute Beachfront Villas

Stunning location on the beach with fabulous pool and lounging areas. The best sunset and stunning water views! Really great stay. Great facilities. Loved it. Only regret was not extending our stay.

Breakfast pretty average…

The staff at beachfront villas we're absolutely incredible. We felt really looked after during our stay here. The food was incredible and they even dropped it right up to our balcony so we could have a private meal! The pool was lovely and the sunbeds we're comfy. I can't compliment the staff enough with their 10/10 service and we we're able to chill out by the pool the next day while we waited for our ferry. The owner offered us the room for another night which we would have loved if we didn't have to go home. They let us keep the room to shower and change in as it was the off-season and they had no one else booked in for that night which I felt was a really nice touch and they really didn't have to do that at all as they had showers and bathrooms available beside the pool. Will definitely be returning the next time we're in Koh Phangan!

Owners Ki and Chris have done an amazing job with remodeling and updating the property and Villas. We stayed in a beachfront Villa with a private infinity pool. Villa was large, very modern, with much attention to detail. Felt very safe and secure. Well exceeded our expectations. Staff were amazing, food was very good and had spectacular sunsets. the Place is awesome, as almost every place of Koh pangan. it is in front of the sea.

the staff is not attending people in the correct way. It seems that they don't care about the customer, and they clearly show this to everybody without fear. We asked why the sunlight was entering our room so early, as I payed also to sleep.. they told me they wanted to change the curtains, but 'not now'..I asked them to change my room, even with a smaller one but maybe with more shade..they told me I need to pay if I want to change, no matter where. I've also noticed a lot of bungalow, small one, which seems to be empty, I don't know what is going on with them. If you wanted your room clean, you should tell it to one guy every single morning. one day I forgot it, I came back in the evening and the room was dirty. If someone of the owner controls better what his staff is doing is better. For the moment this is not a 5 star hotel. It should cost half of what I payed. DON'T GO HERE I'm sorry to write this message, cause I love Thai people and in this place there were also some very gentle and good ladies working, it is not their fault of course.

The place is not good, and employees are not friendly. I had to check out earlier because I didn't feel welcomed and safe. The restaurant wasn't working on the premises, and I understand why, no-one wants to stay at this hotel and the whole place was empty. The shower was cold too. The hotel is one star, not 5 starts. Trust me.

It really is a pity that the place (which seems to be still undergoing some constructions) is in such bad hands, because the beach, the villas and the location of the resort would have given this stay a perfect review if it was not for the management of the resort and its workers. We spent five nights at the resort. We were 9 people and rented 4 villas. None of us could phantom how this place could be rated five starts. I’ll start with the worse experience, but I suggest to read this through before reserving a stay here. Some of us got sick, food poisoning or something like that. They did not simply ignored that, showing a clear lack of attentiveness towards their client - which would have been ok. Sometimes it felt like their general unwillingness to accomodate simple requests and to make a little effort to overcome communication barriers due to the language was making it harder for us to take care of our sick friends. One night we had to call an ambulance for one of us. When it arrived the manager or the owner stormed out. He got mad towards the ambulance ladies and started to shout towards them and towards us - still don’t know what he was so mad about. We told him that we needed medical help and that the nurses had to come in the room to get our friend and put her on the ambulance. He proceeds to follow them in the room while filming the whole scene and shouting that we had to call him first. He filmed the scene of our friend being escorted by the rescuers, until she got into the ambulance. We asked them to keep her luggages while she were staying in the hospital after our checkout, they did it but everything seemed so hard and unkind. They kept it in the kitchen and when she came back from the hospital to get it they made her go inside the kitchen to grab it.

Apart from this experience, services are non-existent. The only exception is the driver that they connect us with, who was very kind and available. The breakfast is included but you can be charged for it if you ask specific food that they have, the waiters and hosts of the resort are unkind, tend to say no to normal questions and often ignore you. When the bar closes (in a time that could vary between 7-9 pm) they refuse to give you anything (not even a bottle of water) when it is there in the fridge in front of you. You have to ask to have your room cleaned and your towels changed (otherwise they make it look like they cleaned your room by simply folding your used towels in a different manner).
