Las habitaciones evidencian el paso del tiempo. Podrían modernizarlas un poco. El desayuno que brindan es muy bueno, pero la experiencia del restaurante en otros tiempos de comida no es tan buena.

What an incredible place! When we arrived for check in, we were welcomed with a local beverage…yum! Lovely room with A/C and, outside our room, a comfy hammock. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The grounds and hiking trails were well maintained and we enjoyed beautiful waterfalls. Our restaurant meals were delicious and local foods were explained in detail. Our waiter, Keylor, was attentive and knowledgeable.

Amé el hotel. Me encanta la atención al detalle: sombrillas en los cuartos, guardas de seguridad al ingreso de casi todos los senderos, jardines perfectamente cuidados, tours de muchos tipos, que olvidé reservar la cena y me consultaron si deseaba hacerlo. La propiedad es super linda, fuimos a todas las cataratas y pozas que tienen y todas son increíbles, agua transparente, limpias, seguras, una belleza todo. Las termales eran en general muy calientes para nosotros, pero la de 37° y el barro fue una experiencia diferente. Amamos el desayuno y las muchas opciones que tienen, nos ayudaron a que mi novio se llevara el desayuno, porque llegamos después de la Carrera Rincón Trail y estaba tan mal que en ese momento no le pasaba la comida pero necesitaba acostarse a dormir antes de poder comer algo. En general el personal fue amable y todo muy bien cuidado y organizado. Volvería mil veces si siempre es así.

Lo único que no me encantó fue una de las camas del cuarto porque era muy dura, pero dormimos en la otra y cero problema.

Hands down, a better experience than Las Catalinas in terms of activities, atmosphere, and the overall stay. Family-owned and operated, the property feels personal, warm, and thoughtfully curated in every way. We loved birdwatching from the hammock outside our room — such a peaceful and beautiful way to start and end the day. There are four different dining options, and the food is fabulous — completely certified gluten free, though you’d never know it. The stay also includes access to the nearby national park, which features a stunning waterfall you can hike down to and swim in. The spa is excellent, and the thermal hot springs with volcanic mud treatments make the entire experience feel relaxing, restorative, and unique.

O espaço exterior do hotel, a zona da piscina e das termas, estão muito bem cuidadas. A vista do hotel para o vulcão arenal é soberba.

Os quartos estão muito velhos e a casa de banho é muita fraca. Podia ser um hotel muito bom se melhora-se os quartos.

Free access to trails, waterfalls and hot springs and proximity to nature parks. Short easy drive with rental car from Liberia airport. High quality toiletry products, excellent breakfast buffet and dinner in open air upper level main restaurant. Hammocks outside the rooms was a nice added feature. Salt water pool hot tub with poolside bar very nice.

Little on the pricey side, but not out of line with CR in general.
