Villa Juliana

How do you explain how wonderful Villa Juliana is in just a few sentences? Villa Juliana is a tucked away gem! Within minutes we felt so relaxed!! We loved lying on the loungers overlooking the beach and ocean whilst sipping cocktails, taking a quick dip in the ocean which is on your doorstep or the sparkling clean pool. The rooms were always clean and the staff were the friendliest, most helpful who always had a smile on their face (from the staff who cleaned the pool up to management). The lodge is in a prime area which is very accessible to many restaurants in walking distance or catch a bajaji for a 5 minute drive to Paje to experience their night life, a trip to Jozani Forrest and snorkelled a few times which is a must too. Lastly, without sounding biased, the food we ate at the lodge was superb, at times even better than a highly rated restaurant in the area!! The breakfast in the morning with freshly squeezed juice and filter coffee was, outstanding and so filling! Thank you for an incredible stay and to Julia for always responding speedily to my questions prior to travelling. We will definitely be back! Thanks again.

We liked (loved!) everything! Such a beautiful place, with nice energy, great relaxing vibe and the most friendly staff and great food. The room/apartment is spacious with a separate room for bags and clothes with a big mirror. Bathroom is also big with a rain shower. Breakfast is served at your own table on the veranda. Beach is beautiful (white sand, blue ocean) and even with low tide it’s a great sight. A great place to unwind, relax and enjoy.

Nothing not to like!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Villa Juliana during our honeymoon - it was truly amazing! Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Food is expensive. Breakfast is okay not so good. No air conditioner in the room. No hot water in the morning. Can't swim in the beach behind the hotel due sea weeds and not cleaned.

It’s a beautiful beachfront escape. We came to Jambiani after Paje as we wanted something more relaxing and this was a perfect place to unwind. The pool is lovely, sun beds comfy, and the beach is right there so the view is stunning. The rooms are gorgeous, spacious and really breezy so we weren’t ever too hot in them. Nice breakfast too, warm friendly staff - I would definitely recommend.

The breakfast is tasty however we did order lunch there which was bland so we didn’t eat there again but that’s fine as it’s good to support the local restaurants

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront location! The views were absolutely stunning, and it was so relaxing to wake up to the sound of the waves. The staff really made the experience even better — they were incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to help with anything we needed. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the drinks are highly recommended. Everything was perfect ! I would definitely stay here again.

A great place directly at the beach, tucked away in palmtrees. Spacious rooms, very friendly and helpfull staff, always good for a joke and allways a smile on their face. Lovely breakfast, with great Coffee, fresh fruits and juices, eggs of your choice and pancakes. 200% recommandable, anytime again !!

The Property is right next to the beach 🏖️ The staff is sweet, Breakfast is lekker(delicious) The property is peaceful, Great Ambience ♥️💎

The premises have been well designed, with eye for the small details. The pool is cleaned every day, personnel is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious with a private veranda in the front. Airport transfer was with safe driver Youssef, definitely would book him and not one of the idiot taxi drivers that have no idea about safety. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended!

The fishermen burn the algae of their boat during low tide, which causes a penetrate smell. Not the fault of Villa Juliana, but when the low tide is early in the morning it does wake one up.
