ESAl arribar la habitació era bruta hi havia formigues i encara un plat amb menjar i cigarretes dels anteriors hostes. Les bosses i maletes i llit es van quedar plenes de formigues. L’esmorzar era al terrat va ploure i ens vam mullar es van dir que les cortines eren trencades i no podiem fer res. Esmorzar dues torrades i res més horrorós. És una autentica enredada

The staff was unfortunately not welcoming. Being asked to pay in advance created a sense of distrust. When we booked the rooms, we clearly stated that we are a family of five and that the reservation included breakfast. However, upon arrival we were told we would only receive four breakfasts, with the explanation that each room includes two. Even after showing the confirmation from Booking.com, the staff did not accept it. This left us with a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at the hotel. We have been traveling in Sri Lanka for several weeks, and this was the first time we encountered such treatment at a hotel.
INLKThe location was very beautiful, and I really liked the vibe of the room. The best part was seeing a turtle up close on the beach, an amazing experience! The room was clean and beautifully decorated, and the staff were very accommodating.
The AC was not sufficient enough to cool the room.
