Clean spacious rooms. Close to where I was going

Staff were friendly Room was clean

Bed was meant to be a queen but was actually a small double. The mattress was hard and only 3 thin pillows supplied for 2 people. Requested additional pillows but these never arrived.

The meals were awful. My fish looked like it had died of starvation. I left a charger and lead there, emailed them about collecting it or them sending it (at my cost) and they didn’t bother to reply.

Charged 10 pounds to park for the night. Bathroom door didn't have a lock or catch, just missing! Upper floors are noisy when people were walking. Could do better

Room wasn't clean (kettle dirty, screws left on floor, dust and grime everywhere) bed base was broken, felt all the springs in the mattress and extremely uncomfortable, drains smelt horrendous and unpleasant. Thin walls and windows so every sound could be heard. Requested an invoice on multiple occasions and took a week to receive - emails and messages where not responded too despite being promised at check out an invoice would be emailed, had to call to finally receive it. Would not stay again.
