Nothing

Everything, dirty, the mattress looked like a used sock. Bathroom smelt like bum. We left and went home didn't stay. Write a complaint heard nothing back.

Not far from airport

Bed was rock hard we didnd sleep chocolate stars on floor so not been hoovered mould in bathroom and window didnt lock

The Team were all very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and the food was lovely, with a good menu. Great atmosphere during the day/evening with other guests and visitors enjoying the amenities. Very relaxing.

The dinning area and food were lovely

The bed, the nicotine yellow decor, no bathmat, no coat hangers, no small bedside lamp, smelt vile, terrible windows heard every car every chair move from the function room.

Very comfortable, food was delicious, staff were extremely helpful and polite.

The only little fault I could pick is with the shower. The water pressure was really low and it never got to what you could call hot...lukewarm at the most, unfortunately.

"Very good stay."

We have used this hotel before when visiting our cousins in Royal Sutton Coalfield. It is very convenient for this and also for the NEC. The staff are very helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Though we haven't had dinner there, the English breakfasts ( buffet style) are of good value. The canalside setting is good for having a coffee and also walking along the towpath. We will certainly stay there on our next visit to see our cousins.

I think there need to be more hangers in the wardrobes, as there aren't enough places to hang clothes.
