good breakfast but no fresh coffee, good dinner but limited menu. comfortable bed

damaged power sucket, window didn't properly close so very draughty, carpet in corridor not fixed so it was difficult to push wheelchair. Entrance doors not wide enough for wheelchair. bathroom fittings tired.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in . Couldnt have a cup of tea with my breakfast due to the cups being dirty. The room was freezing cold due to a gap in the window which also ment we could hear the road noise loudly. The heating didn't work so the room was cold. The carpet was grubby which next I had to wipe my feet on the covers before I got into bed. The bed made noises everytime I moved in it and I spent most of the night itching. The hotel is in serious need of a repaint , touch points were grubby on doors and there was a broken tile in reception toilets which you could physically lift up off the floor . The only thing it has going for it was the food which wasn't too bad and reasonably priced

The room and carpet were tired looking but clean.

Too much noise made by other guests and a strong smell of marihuana permeated our room from neighbouring guests. Kept awake until 4 a.m. Tried to call reception to report the situation but no reply. Questioned the Receptionist on departure about who is checking guests are abiding by "no smoking" policy and consideration of other guests.
