"The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the various towns and major roads"

Breakfast menu had a good selection and was enjoyable. Evening meal was good and portion sizes were also good. The room and bathroom was big enough to accommodate a mobility scooter and walker. The staff were all very helpful.

What a place!! Room great Food great and Staff great. Amazing location with plenty walks around. Dog friendly. 10 out of 10 for everything. Definitely recommend.

Limited space in the bedroom, and no lift available for people with weak legs - like me. But it is an old hotel....

I have stayed at this place quite a few times and I find the staf very efficient and the rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything you need. It is also very popular with the locals in "Denholm Village". I would thiroroughly recommend it to my family and friends. Regards Linda Joanne Ritson.

The only thing I wasn't very keen on was the Traffic out on the Main A68 which is always busy as it is the main "Route" up to the Capital City Edinburgh.
