Bed was comfy and room clean. Also liked that there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Staff also smiled and said hello.

The breakfast was average, could be better for the price paid. Bacon overdone, haggis and black pudding not very nice. Fresh croissants would be nice. Room was a bit noisy at night with noise from bar below. Also bright light shining through curtains into room from back yard.
