Very good price

The location is nice,staff was great and welcoming.

They should add breakfast to their room package.

It was a cheap stay and decent for what I needed — just a place to sleep for a couple of nights. The room seemed clean enough and I appreciated being able to get a parking space on site, which was very convenient. Receptionist was friendly.

The room was smaller than expected compared to the photos and the property in general felt quite dated and in need of refurbishment. The TV kept turning on randomly during the night — once even switching to an adult channel, which was quite an unpleasant surprise at 3 a.m.

There were plenty of problems, which began when I arrived just after 3.00 to check in. The door was locked, the phone left unanswered and it took almost an hour before someone finally arrived to let me in. Rude and extremely unprofessional staff. The place, when I eventually got in, was shabby and dirty. TV wasn’t working so I called reception and again, the phone rang out several times and it took around 30 minutes for any help. I don’t expect the moon for the price I paid, but I do expect a basic level of service. The hotel failed spectacularly to meet that. Never again.

Good location and enough parking easy check in clean and cool.

The sink did not drain properly, probably needs some draino putting down it. I’d have liked a decaf coffee or tea in the room. We didn’t know what to do with the key when we left, which was very early morning before reception opened.

I had two double beds for one person, but only two towels.
