I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The service was top-notch, and the staff was always friendly and ready to help. The food was exceptional – delicious and of the highest quality! The rooms and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean, making the stay even more comfortable. A special shout-out to Rakhwinder for their wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

we stayed in this Hotel twice on 4 Nov and 10 Nov rooms are good, loaction is also perfect but there is some administrative lacking. Staff is not polite . They just behave like in Govt Deptt. While arrival and departure also no perfection to handle the luggage. Even in breakfast they could not provide masala tea on demand also did not refuse and waited for 30 mts. Only name of Best Western they require a lot improvement. Even in bathroom basin water was blocked

Everything is excellent rooms location atmosphere There is a cool vibes hospitality is too much 🙏 admirable. We love this property for further program also

The food service provided very nice, specially I ordered aaloo tamato and it was very awesome. Mr Rakhvinder from this hotel gave me the best service. I stayed in hotel for LIC meet on 09.11.2025 and all service provided was the best.
