Best Western AH1 Amritsar

Service was very good. Breakfast spread was also worth . I will recommend this property if you are coming to Amritsar for a vacation .

Rooms are very neat and many amenities are available. South indian food was really tasty , has good value for money, kudos to the chef.. Service is really good too, must try.

Excellent food and Excellent service. Chef Rohit , Mr Rakhvinder ji . They all made my dinner memorable. I eat Paneef making,Manchurian, hakka noodles, Dal making. Chinese items all Excellent

Buffet bol ke dhokha kiya It was not good experience Not even get the cost of my money. They shoud give all the items in buffet. Cheating

My friend and I (both 30-year-old females) were part of a group of 12 travelers from New Zealand, Canada, and the U.S., visiting India for a wedding. On the second and final night of our stay at this Best Western, a deeply disturbing incident occurred. Around 9 p.m., while I was alone in our room, a hotel staff member knocked and said “Housekeeping.” I told him we didn’t need anything, and he left. Within the next hour, I received two silent phone calls to the room — when I answered, no one was there. At approximately 2:45 a.m., I woke to the sound of quiet movement. When I realized my friend was asleep beside me, I saw the same man from earlier crouched near the door, holding it open with his foot and rummaging through my bag. I yelled, and he bolted into the hallway, disappearing into another room before I could reach the door. When I called the front desk, the hotel confirmed the man was indeed a housekeeping staff member with a master key. He claimed he had been “closing our door because it was open.” After I insisted this wasn’t true, management reviewed the CCTV footage and confirmed that he had entered our locked room and gone through our belongings before fleeing. The next morning, hotel management brought in the police and assured us that a report would be filed and the staff member would be dismissed. They promised to share a copy of the police report and provide updates. However, it has now been two weeks, and we have received no follow-up from either the hotel or the police. I later saw another review mentioning missing luggage — suggesting this may not have been an isolated incident. This experience was extremely frightening and could have been far worse had I not woken up. Please be cautious — I would not want anyone else to go through something like this.

Yes thr atmosphere was good and decent. The location wad very near to the attractions. It was very accessible to the city.

Best western ek bhut acha aur comfortable hotal hai . In ka sataf bhut hi acha hai aur manage krne wala hai . All is good 👍 Thanks Bw

Our experience in Best Western AH1 was very amazing. Loved the ambience, food and everything here. Service by the staff was very amazing and they helped us with each and everything. Staff was very humble and helpful specially Mr. Alok Kumar. Thankyou for such an amazing stay. Would recommend all to come here.

Everything was tremendous & Splendid. Please reduce the waiting period of restaurant during breakfast. Overall the stay was fantastic.

Marvelous very good 👍🏻 paneer Tikka Stuffed washroom with enjoyed amritsar fish mashroom Tika suggested by rakhwinder during my stay room no 207 is really friendly and coprative and thanks to chef of lovely food we like to visit again for such a greater food and service
