Best Western AH1 Amritsar

While checking out I was told that the staff was unable to trace coat hanger and did I pick it up ? I told them do two things ,1 check again 2. Asked them to please check my only bag to ensure that it’s not with me . They checked it again and found it there . I had to wait for 15 minutes also It is very embarrassing for the client to go thru it . Please look into it . Very shameful error on account of someone in the hotel staff .
