"Disappointed given the price."

The location was excellent and parking facilities a bonus. The room was spacious and well decorated. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The food was disappointing, we ate in the restaurant one evening. Several of the menu options weren't available, it was expensive for what it was. The breakfast was poor, we ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. One of the receptionists was very unhelpful when we tried to explain that our room hadn't been serviced that day, she talked over me and didn't listen to my explanation. The other receptionist I'd spoken to earlier was much more responsive and helpful. The bathroom was lovely but lacked shelf space in the shower area.
