"The terrace was lovely!"

The location was great, the staff was super helpful. The beds were comfortable.

The bathroom and the lack of kitchen. Sometimes there was little water pressure in the toilet. And It would be nice to at least have access to a fridge

"Great staff and location"

Great staff and location, being a couple of blocks from the Zocolo. Staff were amazing, always receptive and helpful. Very quick to resolve problems and always at hand. 24hr reception

A few issues like toilet not flushing and problems with hot water that were promptly and professionally deal with. About 40mins walk from the ADO station by foot, but 50pesos and 10mins by cab (at time of writing, Jan '24)

Nice place with a beautiful little rooftop. Room was quiet, lockers are big, fans are strong enough. I got good advise from receptionist.
