"I did sleep well. Outside area was clean, pool clean but it was cold to swim"

The room was clean. Fresh linen

TV is just a deco on the wall. No DSTV/netflix/ahowmax. Needs a lot of maintenance. Things are falling apart. From tiles on the wall, door not locking properly. No towels in the bathroom. No breakfast and closest mall/ restaurant is 18 km away

It was clean

There was hardly anyone at the reception when we wanted to check in and there was no one when we checked out, we just left the room keys at reception Why doesn’t it offer breakfast?
