Everything, starting from the road to the hotel and inside hotel. doors 🚪 difficult to lock, painting needed after repairs

The environment was quiet which I enjoyed

Pool were dirty couldn't swim. No microwave in room a bar fridge No wardrobe or hangers. Only one sheet on the bed Cutlery only 1 No mirror in bathroom room only one set towels Had to call to clean the room

The environment outside the room nice garden to take pics. location was great and staff were friendly

Poor maintenance, I was unable to shut the bathroom door because there was no handle to pull the door from outside the toilet. and would you believe it, the window handle was broken, making it impossible for me to close the window and allowing cold winter air to enter the space. no WIFI and DSTV

Friendly and helpful staff. Nyika was an absolute help and tried his best to fulfill our every request. They went over and beyond to make us feel welcome

The location

Shower curtains need to go.i had water dripping all over the room after showering. I was there for 3 days and yet the room wasn't serviced not even once.
