Comfortable bed (single in twin room) Judy (the owner) was lovely. Had Beef Lasagne for dinner-all good

No milk in the room with tea/coffee facility Lack of plug sockets Shower a bit weak pressure wise

Personal touches such as flowers in the room; lovely shower gel etc; a greatvtea/ coffee selection; friendly hostess. Even though I'd booked at the last minute, Judy was very accommodating. A great stay and would highly recommend.

I was going to a wedding and two other guests I didn’t know were staying at the pub and sharing a taxi with me the next day . Judy introduced me to them which was wonderful and we had a nice evening. Also Mark drove me to Exeter the next day because transport was non existent. That was so generous and I was really grateful.

The structure of the building seemed almost ramshackle although inside was fine . With a lot of money spent on it could have been a stunning place .
