LKPlease repair the door lock, very difficult to open. Food was ok , not very good need to separate halal from non halal food. Restaurant needs yo be air-conditioned, very hot and sweating difficult to eat.
No bottle water in the room , cooler outside the room, need to come out and fill.
CHWir haben uns bewusst gegen "All Inklusive" entschieden, da wir gerne die Einheimische Küche versuchen wollten. Dadurch kamen wir mit vielen Personen ausserhalb des Hotels in Kontakt und haben es nicht bereut. Nie hatten wir das Gefühl bedrängt zu werden. Eine sehr schöne Erfahrung und herzliche Menschen die auf Fragen antworten und das Essen erklären. Wie gepflückt , wie gekocht und welche Zutaten! Wir haben es genossen. Im Hotel gab es auch viel Landestypische Küche aber halt in einer Unruhe ums Buffet. Auf der Liegewiese und Pool alles sehr gepflegt und alle Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Auch die Massagen haben ihren Teil dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns wohl gefühlt haben.
Das Zahlungsystem mit Papier und Zettelchen, wenn du nicht als "All inklusiv" gekennzeichnet bist könnte man einfacher machen. Der Zugang zum Pool ist für Personen mit Gebrechen nicht einfach. Wenn der Pool diesen Mai umgebaut wird, bitte eine Treppe und Geländer vorsehen um allen Personen den Zugang zu erleichtern und das herrliche Wasser zu geniessen

Meals were expensive (compared to other hotels of equal or higher standard) Nothing much in the area if you want to do other things, sightseeing etc Check in took a long time, more forms and signatures than any other hotel The pool staff wouldn't move an umbrella to our bed as it would 'make the other beds not look right' but then moved a load of sunbeds the next day which looked worse.
LKSauberes Hotel. Alles funktioniert. Grosser Pool. Sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Liegeplätzen uhd Schatten. Alles in allem super Umgebung.
