Breakfast very good. Spa excellent

Overall hotel a little tired. A fridge in room and tea making facilities would be good.

It was really relaxed and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

Amazing staff - EVERYBODY is very nice and welcoming and helpful. Very cozy and stylish lounge room with wooden fireplace and amazing deck. Wonderful spa with jacuzzi, small swimming pool, sauna, hammam and outdoor hot tub. 100 ft to ski slope access. Complimentary tea/coffee/pastries (somebody makes those donuts illegal haha!) on every floor. Great breakfast selection and quality.

Location is great for skiing in and out, however hotel is a bit uphill from main bus stop and main restaurants / shops, so it's a bit of an effort to climb the stairs every day, there's a ski lift that helps somewhat, but it's not immediately super close, so be ready to be out of breath every time you're getting back from the restaurant or when you're just hauling your suitcases from the bus stop :) Be aware - there might be a village free shuttle that might take you some closer to the hotel - but i didn't try it. Breakfast was impeccable except for one thing - i wish there'd be more cheese selection, we're in France à la fin :)

The location was perfect . Hotel style was fine . I loved the Staff- young people , very friendly, nice and helpful.
