"Great location, nicely appointed with friendly staff"

Great location with easy access to slopes going out and getting back. Meribel-Mottaret is a great choice and this hotel met out needs well. Decent food with half pension and friendly and helpful staff. Spa area was nicely equipped.

Food was good but was probably the only area I would target for improvement.

"Will definitely come back again!"

The room was comfy and the space was very generous for 2 adult, the availability of the free hot water coffee snacks 24/7. The hotel employees were professional, sauna. Housekeeping was great!

Breakfast was crowded, I do believe things could be reorganized. The reception design is old. I wish there was half board with al carte menu.

We stayed in December and loved it so much we returned in January! The hotel is the standard you would expect of a 4/5 star hotel, the staff are extremely competent, friendly, caring and clearly very proud of the wonderful experience they provide to all their guests. It is a well executed, unpretentious welcoming comfortable hotel. We hadn’t originally booked half board but changed this on eating dinner on our first evening as the food is outstanding in its quality and quantity of options! The food despite being buffet (usually I would avoid!) is of a quality many restaurants couldn’t replicate. The hot drink and cake/ sweets/ donut stations located on each floor is an excellent touch and much appreciated. Rooms are comfortable, the spa and outdoor hot tub are a welcome treat after a full day on the slopes. Location is perfect ski in/out with wonderful views of the slopes and mountain ranges. Boot room is small, as others have mentioned, but it’s dry and boots did not get cold etc so serves its purpose.

Having to come home !

Reception and bar area is excellent, warm and like a large living room

At breakfast, making sure that the plates, coffee cups and the food station being topped up etc could be more efficient.
