Music at evenings, nice cocktail bar, great spa (including outside Jacuzzi). Really close to the parking area, and right next to the slopes (ski in-out). The ski shop sport2000 in on the hotel premises so it is very easy to take/return the ski equipment. Complementary coffe/tea/Patisserie 24/7.

Perfect breakfast and dinner!

The room was fantastic, amazing views, soft comfortable bed, all amenities included. The stuff is excellent, helped out at any time of day. The breakfast is divers, filling, and fresh.

While the location is perfect, just 5 steps from the slope, it was a bit annoying to have skis and boots in separate places. Also, the strong smell of chlorine on the first floor isn't the nicest.

The staff is friendly and very service-oriented, responding quickly to any request. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent and the view is stunning.

The rooms are outdated, the lobby and public areas, including the ski boot room, are run-down. The separation with stairs between the boot room and the ski storage room is very inconvenient.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​We

Large room even for 3 of us in the room. Great food selection for both breakfast and dinner. Tea and coffee facilities on each floor with doughnuts and sweets throughout the day.

Lovely hotel in a great location with brilliant staff. The food was excellent and the rooms very comfortable.

The location for ski in and out was perfect with a ski shop next door. Prestige room was very comfortable and a good size. The half board option was excellent as each evening the hotel put on a different themed buffet . The quality and variety of the food presented was really amazing with so many different tradional dishes both hot and cold. If you are looking for chips, burgers and chicken nuggets its not for you!! All the staff were so friendly and helpful too.
