Sigiri Royal Point Tree House

L endroit est au milieu de la nature au calme .Padmini la dame de la guest est très gentille .Les cabanes sont confortables avec la climatisation.Je recommande cet endroit

Deze boomhut was echt fantastisch om in te overnachten! Het is de achterste van meerdere boomhutten, dus heerlijk afgelegen en midden in de natuur. Extra bijzonder: kans om ’s avonds olifanten te spotten 🐘✨ De eigenaresse is echt een schat van een vrouw en zorgt dat je je meteen thuis voelt. Haar kookkunsten zijn heerlijk! Echt een unieke ervaring.

Het is een boomhut, dus wellicht voelt het niet al te stabiel/ stevig (is het wel!).

Super stay. Although the facilities were basic they were very comfortable and added bonus of a small fridge and very good AC. The hosts were very friendly and kind, they provided a very generous breakfast each morning and even suggested to serve us a late breakfast after our trip up Lion rock which was amazing and very welcome! We ate at the accommodation the first night too which was very reasonably priced and again very generous proportion and delicious. Hosts were very friendly and it was lovely to sit and chat with the family in the evening , definitely a great insight into real Sri Lanka and the wonderful people . They even asked if we needed laundry doing , which was back with us , clean ed ready for the next day . We had a super relaxing afternoon in the hammocks too !

The property is quite a bit of a walk to most restaurants but it wasn’t a problem for us as we had a driver . There were plenty of Tuk tuks near the restaurants to take you home after you have eaten though

A really quiet place. You can rest and away from the street noises. The staff is really good. They make you feel like home from the moment you arrive. They can cook you and anything you order if requested. Price is really cheap They organize the tour to the park and give you any information you need about the city. You can hear the noise of animals in the night and also see monkeys on the backyard.

Wifi doesn't work very well. Bear in mind it is some blocks out of the main road. No problem during the day, but dark at night.

Der Ausblick am Morgen von der Terrasse aus mit dem Vogelgezwitscher ist einfach fantastisch. Wir haben so viele verschiedene Tiere gesehen! Die Familie die auf dem selben Grundstück lebt ist unglaublich lieb, sie haben uns am Morgen extra die leckeren Cocos-Crepes für Take-Away zubereitet, die wir am Tag zuvor so geliebt hatten. Der Bungalow ist sehr rustikal aber wenn man sich darauf einstellt ist es kein Problem, die Aussicht und die Gastfreundschaft macht alles wett.

Bungalow ist an einem anderen Ort als bei Booking.com angegeben, weiter weg von der Strasse und mehr in der Natur.

The room was very nice and modern. It has a bathroom joined and hot water and very good wifi so i was able to work. It's clean and has everything I needed. My laundry was done well for a reasonable price. I waited to long to go to dinner one night (as its not safe to travel at night without a car in Sigirya due to wild elephants) and I was brought some fruit and a water bottle, which was very nice. The property is nice and behind the owners house so it's off the road a bit.

The bottom few step going to the room really need to be repaired. They are coming apart and move when you step on them. Nobody on the property speaks english so It was a bit difficult to communicate. I was offered meals but the woman who would cook seemed to be coughing quite a lot so I declined in case it was a flu.

Cute and clean ! Very calm. Host was nice and arranging all. Perfect The breakfast was excellent We also took diner. It was perfect and price was very correct ! I recommand 100%

Het huisje zelf is prachtig! Prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk in de natuur. De badkamer is prima, verwacht geen luxe maar voor deze locatie helemaal goed!

De locatie is iets wat afgelegen en om de weg in het donker te lopen naar de restaurants is niet helemaal ideaal. Met een zaklamp lukt het wel.
