Hotel Genziana

This hotel is very personable, well-located and has fantastic daily activities, with an exceptional guide for daily hikes in the mountains. The outdoor jacuzzi is great to relax in after a hike and the outdoor pizza oven produced excellent pizzas on a thin base. The staff are extremely attentive and recommended very good restaurants outside their own set-menu (very generous selection of regional courses).

The hotels in the Dolomites are not used to hot weather and, rightly, do not have AC. It was unusually warm during our stay and the addition of simple, portable fans in the room would have made sleeping more comfortable.

hotel genziana was such a beautiful stay, located perfectly in the center with absolutely amazing views of the city and of the mountains, we stayed in 2 different rooms, the first one more beautiful than the other, the staff was honestly very kind, helpful and friendly! the room was super clean, airy, very comfortable and incredibly well decorated. looking forward to our next stay in hotel genziana!!

the only thing is that the older, more beautiful rooms don’t have ac but we were not uncomfortable at all, the newer rooms do have ac but have a more modern darker interior design which we didn’t prefer however it was still very good!

Great location (close to restaurants, authentic shops, museums and mountain lifts), very comfortable hotel with nice restaurant and spa, friendly and helpful staff
