"Excellent location but the room can be better."

Excellent location in the middle of town and close to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable car stations.

The room was not well lit. The bath tub shower screen could not stop water spillage. The TV doesn’t have international channels. There was no coffee machine in the room.

Everything is fantastic, great location, nice and friendly staff, the breakfast was good as well.

The rooms are without AC, thus we need to open the windows, and all the cigarette smoke are inside the rooms + the room was above the hotel restaurant so the kitchen smells are in the room

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They got to know the guests and couldn’t have been more lovely. I fell in love with Ortisei in part because of my experience at the hotel and will definitely be back!

"Beautiful area with access to popular areas of the Dolomites."

Location and staff friendliness.

Pillows were hard as a rock. Hotel should invest in better and more comfortable pillows.
