Booked a room for 10k looking at the photos and got a room with No AC, room with zero view of the dam, when asked the reception staff said last minute booking this is all we have no option and then called the manager who kept boasting he looks after all their properties and offered me 50% discount if i cancelled my booking through booking.com The whole thing looked like a pre arranged script to scam the booking.com Later at night they said they do not provide A La Carte menu for dinner so we were forced to take a 750+ tax buffet which had a jeera rice a roti, chicken curry and a veg curry with an ice cream and a bread dipped in custard as dessert. I had to beg the guy who kept telling he runs the entire Reaort in kerala for my refund for 6 days and the he said on the 6th day that when its 11:55 pm in the night you will receive your refund Guy who lives on a pay roll should have a bit more of a decency that this, and the entire staff including the reception ladies are well trained to scam the booking.com guests.

Fire camp indoor activity no Much options even kids play area not maintained well… only we need enjoy scenic otherwise it’s boring… no proper indoor activity… inspite of asking staff won’t respond and take action… food options are less but whatever s available was good… good place as the view s good … room hygiene need u prove and no handwash or toilet paper
