Staff ,food and location

The stay we had was extremely disappointing. There is no basic amenities in the room. No tissue papers, laundry bag, iron box, coolers etc. When we complained they provode tissue box and laundry bags The room was not maintained properly, feel like really old. The bathroom drain was stuck and water was stagging there. When we complained they resolved the issue. Felt like we where chosed the wrong stay . 😞 felt exhausted.

The stunning view of the river added an extra layer of tranquility, and the spa experience was rejuvenating. Strolling around the property was a delightful way to connect with nature, making my visit truly memorable.

While my stay at Contour Island Resort & Spa was enjoyable, improvements could be made regarding the access road, which was a bit challenging to navigate. Additionally, having female spa staff available for female guests would enhance the comfort and overall experience.
