"We had an excellent stay at the resort!"

The location is very serene and extremely beautiful! The lake view from our room was breathtaking! The entire staff at Contour & Spa, from reception to housekeeping, was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Chef Ajit and his team took good care of us and served amazing vegan food that met our requirement. Spa service was also good.

The recreational facilities require maintenance.

The location is the highlight. Mesmerizing views from the balcony of the cottages. Food was good. The staff are courteous but very few in numbers

Due to low count of staff, service was delayed on all fronts. Request for additional beds, water or any room service took hours! Food was delayed by hours!!!!

Awesome view . Upgraded for free to lake view villa room. It was amazing. Great staff. Helpful polite and professional.

Amenities and Food can be better considering it’s a resort. Overall maintenance is not good. Phone didn’t work but we got number of manager who was responsive. Overall good stay

Location is excellent. But, at present no sufficient water in Banasura reservoir.

Rooms are not up to satisfaction. Room not equipped with A.C. Regulator of fan not working, Geyser not working. Chairs and furniture are looking old and needs polishing immediately. Photos displayed in your site are misleading and hyped the property.
