We liked the facilities

Dirty windows throughout the hotel gave a bad impression of a nice hotel. The location of the hotel, on the booking. com site it stated the hotel was 1.1 miles from my location of interest but instead it was over 7 miles which made it impossible to walk

"Beautiful grounds but would not stay again."

The grounds are beautiful. The sauna was good and breakfast (for a buffet) was good. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The hotel public areas felt soulless. Little things like the hairdryer did not reach the mirror. The bathroom is dated and I was unable to have a shower (not the hotel's fault) because you had to climb into a deep bath.

Lovely staff and food, pools and swimming pool

Pillows was hard for us. Had to use different room for shower " no hot water. You would of thought place like this wound'nt use a crappy coffee machine. Come on pot of real coffee. If you want to watch TV forget it. Bed one side of the room. Shirt button for a TV on the other side of room. Honestly my pc pc screen is bigger.

Location was good to get up Swanage We booked a double room but unfortunately the TV didn’t work we reported this to reception & they up graded us which we were very pleased about.

Our 1st room was very basis!
