"Beautiful location and hotel stay in Zermatt!"

Perfectly located, high quality Swiss style hotel. Super well located for access to the slopes with nice spa amenities for the end of day. Breakfast and Matterhorn views from the dining room were lovely. Great beds.

Cozy, great location, quality at all levels, from staff to the food and service! Warm, welcoming, plus we had a room with a spectacular view, the restaurant as well, the direct access to the ski room was a plus! We will definitely return, maybe in summer to enjoy Zermatt’s beautiful setting and the wide range of activities that it offers!

Room is good size, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both great. Location is excellent. View is fantastic. All the staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient.

Maybe an indoor swimming pool ?

"Fabulous experience."

Great location, dinning, lounge and bar were good. Easy access to slopes via lift system.

The only negative was that the rooms were very dated and old fashioned.
