"Great view to the Matterhorn and nice staff"

The branding is outstanding. Attention to detail. Interior design was very good. Breakfast was delicious.

The bathroom/shower needs better better steam extraction. The rooms gets extremely humid after one shower. Te dinner was a disappointment. Only the 4-course-menu is worth it (maybe). Most of the other dishes are not up to a restaurant of that level. And extremely over priced.

Staying in this hotel unexpectedly became the highlight of the trip to Switzerland. The view from the room was stunning - from sunrise to sunset, it has the best view in Zermatt. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great too. We also like the cool entrance to the hotel. It was a superb experience staying there.

"Great hotel in good location with spectacular views."

Fantastic location, spectacular views of the Matterhorn from room and restaurant. Great breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Nice electric car to collect and deliver you to the train station. Room was spacious and clean with really comfortable large bed.

It’s pricey but worth it.
