Our stay at Liya Water Villas was nothing short of exceptional, and the biggest reason for that was the incredible staff who made every moment unforgettable. We’ve travelled to many places, but we have never experienced warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality quite like this. From the moment we arrived, Uncle Vijay, the security guard, welcomed us with the biggest smile and such comforting energy. His friendliness immediately made us feel safe, relaxed, and at home. A huge thank you to Niroshan, who truly went above and beyond for us. He helped us plan our days, suggested things to do, arranged everything we needed, and was always checking in to make sure we were having the best possible stay. His dedication and patience made our trip effortless. But it wasn’t just them — every single staff member we met was phenomenal. The housekeeping team, the restaurant staff, the front office, and everyone behind the scenes — every one of them greeted us with a smile, asked how our day was going, and made us feel like valued guests. Their warmth was so genuine, and it was clear they take real pride in their work. The villa itself was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, and peaceful — but it was the people who made the experience truly special. Their professionalism, kindness, and positive energy turned a beautiful holiday into an unforgettable one. Liya Water Villas is more than just a place to stay; it’s a place where you’re cared for.
