"Dishonest and unprofessional staff"

The staff is rude especially once Bangladeshi/Pakistani or Indian woman. Other staff members can't communicate properly in English and I was tricked to pay for two people instead one although I was the only one staying there

The bed , white clean sheets & bathroom were clean & comfortable.

1.The neighbourhood is in an industrial part near Venice.which wasn't very sttractive. 2. The hotel was vlosed when we arrived. It was a Sunday & after lynch the staff had disappeared. I had to ring the tel.nos provided , and a pleasant girl arrived , gave us our keys & explained how we could get to Venice by bus - 53E

"Lovely staff, great location!"

The staff were incredibly friendly. We had been travelling for 13 hours from Genevé to Venezia Mestre and so we had arrived earlier than check-in, at 10am. Despite not speaking much English, the staff were incredibly friendly and let us check in early. Towels were provided in the room, and the room was incredibly spacious and bathroom was amazing with really good shower - and a bodeť. The bus stop was so close to the hotel, about a 5 minute walk, and this takes you into Venice which only takes 10 minutes to get to. The room was very comfortable, and had a beautiful Italian aesthetic.

Nothing, it was perfect location and despite the staff not speaking much English, they worked very well with us. Thank you! :)
