"Short and sweet - it suited our purposes."

The location was perfect for our purposes. The staff were fab. Music on the Sunday night was a great bonus. A really friendly place to stay.

No shower or hot water in the bedroom. No bedside light. It's a shame they don't have more staff as they were pretty rushed which meant a dip in service unfortunately.

"Pleasant"

The bed was comfortable our room was small but ok for us the food was nice the staff especially the lady from Leeds was AMAZING she went above and beyond thank you so much from the couple you were talking to from Liverpool I would stay again if it was for 1 night

The New Inn was suitable for what we wanted for one night stay it it is just very tired and the room noisy

This is a basic, clean, old school rural hotel. It's not for a romantic getaway but for access to mid Wales , ideal.

very noisy shower dirty curtains disgusting - dirty and hanging off the rail no milk wasn’t given the room we booked

"Needs a little work to be great!!"

Beds were clean and comfy, showers were hot! Food was great!

Roof was leaking in room 10 and we only got one toilet roll in one of our two rooms to cater for six people.
