Hotel is located at the hearth of a small park just outside Roermond. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Staff is polite and experienced.

The place is beautiful, very clean and staff was nice.

The walls are very thin, you could hear everything. It felt understaffed.

Everything is perfect !! It's always a pleasure to go there. The beds are comfortable, the restaurant is unique, and the environment is so peaceful and beautiful. The owner is kind and makes sure your experience is pleasant.

Fantastic room in lovely location with easy 20 min walk to Roermond to get train to Maastricht. Restaurant was amazing, we ate here each night. Had peacocks and wildlife.

The rooms were really beautiful. The location is awesome, the hotel by itself really stunning.

I really have to tell the most unpleasant part of the story as it still sits with me! When I came in, a woman really unfriendly didn’t even say hello and I had to directly move forward and tell her that I am here to check in. She unfriendly showed me the room by opening the door and that’s it’s! No introduction about breakfast, the pretty complex heating system( room was super cold!!!!!!), nothing. I came back to drink a coffee and even there I had to ask twice where to go! When I asked for gluten-free breakfast she told me that this is not available!!!! The next day in the morning at the breakfast a nicer and more motivated stuff told me that for sure it’s available! So all in all I wanna summarize that as an international frequent traveler, a doctor and trainer of communication skills, this all is a no go for a hotel in this category and as a woman of color I am as well curious about this hole treatment experience. It’s really a pity as the hotel is a really beautiful one but it falls through the stuff.
