The location for me was perfect for meeting up with family and friends

The plumbing system seems to need attention as the water flow into the sink was cold from both taps

Great room, however the walls are very thin, can hear a pin drop.

A female staff member booked us in, very grumpy, didn't want to be there, wasn't a welcome I was hoping for

"Perfect for what we needed"

Room was really comfortable and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - we had dinner in the pub and they made sure menu choices would be ok with food intolerances without any stress at all. Breakfast (we paid separately in the morning) was really yummy. All in all a great find, perfect stop off for a long journey up the M6 and top notch value!

As others have said - lighting in the bedroom is dark but this was fine for one night and bathroom lighting was excellent.
