Evening meal very good. Person checking me in was very helpful

Evening bar person quite rude. Person taking breakfast order was flustered and confused regarding breakfast order.

Dinner was exceptional, beds really comfy, good space in room, loved touch light mirror in bathroom.

Wifi dropped out, staff seemed unapproachable at times, felt unwelcomed when asked for espresso at breakfast, we did know that we had to pay as not included in our deal.

Just a small thing , but worth noting: No chain or deadbolt on the room door. Being a single female traveller placed in a room in a separate block from the hotel on the ground floor, would have thought there might have been something there to add to the security of your room giving you a choice to use if you wished to..
